The Institute made its humble beginning in the year 2007 as a part of AECT (Aishwarya Educational & Charitable Trust) which pioneered the concept of nursing education in the state of Karnataka. AIMSR is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi, recognized by Government of Karnataka and affiliated to Bangalore University. The Charitable Trust (R) was founded in 1996; to serve the society through Value based affordable education and charitable activities.
